JOB DESCRIPTION

Passionate about hospitality? We are seeking experienced Cocktail Bartenders to join our team at the Quarterdeck.  If you have a flair in creating resort-style cocktails to die for, a thirst for knowledge, and passion for hospitality, this is the role for you.

The Role

As a Casual Cocktail Bartender, you will have a love for the hospitality game; faultless customer service skills; a fun, bubbly, engaging personality and demonstrated experience in bartending and creating amazing cocktails.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a premium bar environment is essential, with strong knowledge of restaurant and bar practices
  • Strong knowledge of Classic cocktails, beer and wines is highly advantageous
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile to create a positive and memorable experience for our customers
  • Fun and engaging personality, along with professional presentation and communication skills
  • Energy and drive to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
  • Preference will be given to candidates with current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statements of Attainment, or willingness to obtain RSA as a mandatory requirement for the role.
