JOB DESCRIPTION

ARE YOU A PASSIONATE BARTENDER WHO LOVES GOOD WINES AND COCKTAILS?

La Luna, GC's newest harbourside restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic Cocktail Bartender to join the team. Located just minutes away from the Sheraton + Versace Hotel with a Beach Club opening in a couple of months, a beautiful menu and a magnificent waterfront setting, this will be the hottest place in town!

Great work location, customers, tips and fun team!
 

Skills and experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of hospitality / bar experience in a restaurant of similar calibre
  • Must-know classic cocktails 
  • Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of wine service
  • Must be well presented at all times, have a great worth ethic and have a proven ability to perform under pressure
  • strong focus on customer service and relationship building
