The Baxter Inn is looking for a full time bartender to join our team. This is a full time position offering a $70,000 salary + super + tips. Also, enjoy a four day roster, every week.

We offer an extensive rare whisky selection, personable service and a beautiful atmosphere. We show live blues every Sunday night and we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional experience for each and every guest.

Whisky is our focus, yet our drinks selection is broad. We produce beautiful classic cocktails and have a wide ranging beer list. Our wine offering is boutique in nature with attention paid to small producers with low intervention winemaking practices.

We are looking for a career bartender with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and devotion to their craft, to join our talented team.

Applicants to this position should have an extensive knowledge of classic cocktails and the ability to make drinks efficiently, while maintaining a conversation with the guest.

An encyclopedic knowledge of whisky isn't essential, but a solid grounding on the subject certainly helps - The Baxter Inn hosts weekly whisky training as part of its development program. You will keep learning as you go.
