The Malaya is a family owned, third generation Sydney dining institution. Bringing the best in South East Asian cuisine to Sydney diners since 1963.
Today, we’re a busy waterfront restaurant overlooking bustling Darling Harbour offering professional, genuine service with a brilliant wine and cocktail offering.
We’re looking for an experienced restaurant bartender to join the team in our busy dispense bar - full-time hours (33-38 hours per week).
You’ll be making cocktails, pouring wine, making coffees and maybe even a little dessert. If you have the skills to get the job done, the Malaya is a great place to work. We’re a professional team and a sense of humour is a big part if that.
