JOB DESCRIPTION

Applejack Hospitality Group operate some of Sydney’s coolest Bars, Restaurant and Cafes. These include;

The Butler, Bopp & Tone, Taphouse, The Botanist, Socal, & The Forresters & RAFI.

Working in a team of passionate hospitality professionals you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences and delivering amazing service to visiting guests. Whether it be working on the floor, behind the bar, in the café, or in the kitchen your goal is to go over and above what is required to deliver an exceptional offering and friendly environment for staff and customers.

Bopp & Tone (B&T)

Located in the heart of the CBD Bopp & Tone is Applejacks largest venue with a 220-seat restaurant and cocktail delivering a range of fabulous wines, cocktails, and sprits to a range of corporate VIP clientele, tourists and Sydney locals. The restaurant is named after the directors grandfathers and pay respect to Sydney in the 1950’s, offering a lived-in luxury feel and an old-world F&B concept.

REQUIREMENTS

  • To deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • 2+ years bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar
  • Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails and spirit lines
  • WSET is a bonus but not essential just a passion to learn wine varietals
  • A great team spirit and sociable nature
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • A lively charming and confident personality
  • Keen to learn & contribute to the growth of the business.
