Our busy and unique cocktail bar and cigar lounge is looking for another energetic team member to join the ranks. You must have a solid cocktail bar experience and be dedicated, reliable and motivated ...with a passion for excellent customers service and a sense of fun.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience as a cocktail bartender in a similar environment preferred
Excellent cocktail and beverage knowledge with some knowledge of Cigars beneficial
A strong understanding of run of service in a busy late night bar, with strong function trade
Experience using POS systems
An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts

Interview required

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
