Key Responsibilities  

• Ability to provide world-class customer service 

• Focus on the finer details of service 

• Ability to make decisions whilst maintaining the high paced environment 

• Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude 

Skills & Experience 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within the Restaurant and Bar industry in a relevant role.  

• Minimum 2 years’ experience preparing cocktails 

• Solid wine knowledge 

• Flexible availability including weekends and nights.
