The Collective provides the opportunity for our guests to indulge in the flavours of four different kitchens and an ice creamery under one roof. Ranging from Latin America at Rumba, to Italian Cuisine at Fat Tomato, to Asian fusion at Umami and lastly, an American-style menu at Luckies. The venue provides a relaxed and exclusive dining experience with a cohesive tropical vibe throughout our five unique dining areas. Our venue blends energetic live entertainment, themed functions and activations with unique chefs’ experiences, resulting in a dazzling yet cohesive guest experience. We cater to a diverse customer base interested in unique and memorable celebrations, casual meetings and overall tailored experiences, such as functions and private events.

With capacity for up to 300 diners, our sprawling foodie hub is bathed in natural light with a breezy indoor outdoorsy vibe, cosy bench seating on the fringes that catches the last of the afternoon rays, greenery, a pink frangipani tree, umbrellas, festoon and fairy lighting for after dark, and an impressive series of retractable roofs for when the weather is too hot or too wet. 

And if this all doesn’t sound ridic enough, we boast a huge rooftop bar for sunset drinks and weekend hangs, the posy boasting unobstructed views west to the hinterland. Helloooo, cocktails and perfect golden hour selfie lighting.

Qualifications & experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (bartender/cocktail bartender).
• Excellent customer service levels.
• QLD RSA
• Experience with a high-volume venue.
• Know your classics (margys are essential here! And be interested in learning more about wine and beers.) 
• Ability to lead by example.
• Keen to work at a multicultural workplace.
• Ability to teach, share and show, elevating your team with you.
• Offering 15-20hrs max.
