EXPERIENCED COCKTAIL BARTENDER

RANDWICK/COOGEE AREA
This role is not for a newcomer to bar tending. We require a knowledgeable fast paced COCKTAIL bartender for our well established Randwick venue .
With proven performance there is the potential to become barmanager
To apply for this role you must have at least 2 years experience in a cocktail bar
Have thorough knowledge of all the classics ,wine , spirits and beers as well as current trends in bar culture and be genuinely passionate about the industry.
We are looking for a charismatic character with great people skills who is honest reliable and knows how to keep cool under pressure .
We have a solid regular client base and our staff earn great tips
