We are looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to cover a shift at Thewlis Cocktail Lounge on Saturday 11th February!!

The shift will be 2 pm till 11 pm, paying £14 per hour.

Responsibilities will include but aren't limited to...

Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with customers
Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

Dress code is white shirt, black trousers and black shoes.

Experience in mixology/cocktail bartending is a must!
