The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated experience working with cocktails
• Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant or in a premium venue advantageous
• Must have good cocktail, beer & spirit knowledge
• Passion for delivering outstanding service
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
• Must have RSA certificate
