The Cocktail Bartender is responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of their assigned bar area whilst providing a high level of guest service providing a mix of traditional and sophisticated cocktails.

About the role:

• Deliver extraordinary guest experience

• Prepare & a mix of traditional & sophisticated cocktails.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards

• Replenish bar inventory and supplies

• Comply with RSA regulations

About You:

• Ability to work a seven-day rotating roster

• Sound product knowledge wine, beer, spirits and basic cocktails

• Driven to deliver a high standard of all beverage items

• High attention to detail

• Ability to deliver extraordinary guest services

• Able to handle multiple guests at one time

• 1-year experience preferred

• Positive work ethic

• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol required

Must have:

• Valid RSA

• Minimum 1 year of bar experience (cocktail experience preferred)

• Solid product knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and classic cocktails

• Confident in preparing basic cocktails

• Availability to work nights and weekends
