The Toff in Town is in search of an energetic and seasoned Cocktail Bartender to join our team. We highly value a vibrant personality coupled with substantial product knowledge, ensuring impeccable service for our guests. Preferred candidates will have prior experience in Live Music Venues, contributing to the creation of an ambiance that complements our live events. Applicants should be available to work late nights, as The Toff is known for its vibrant late-night atmosphere.

About You:

• 1-2 years of experience as a cocktail bartender in a high-volume environment.
• Full Australian working rights are a must; exceptions considered for career-focused applicants.
• Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, beer, and spirits.
• Availability for late shifts during the week and weekends (5 am license).
• Must hold a current RSA certificate.
• Passion for delivering outstanding service.

What Can Make a Difference:

• WSET Level 2 or 3 qualifications.
• Previous experience in a live music venue or a connection to the live music industry.
• Strong cocktail experience exceeding 3 years.
