We are seeking highly motivated bartenders to join our Bars Team at our multi venue destination, Shell House in Sydney’s CBD.
      
Our Bars program is led by Beverage Director Josh Reynolds. Josh creates seasonal, thoughtful drinks with heightened flavours that are executed to a high standard. You will be joining some of the industry’s leading professionals to help the continued success of the Shell House program. The role requires extensive food and beverage knowledge and you must be adaptable in delivering a high standard of restaurant style service as well as excellent drinks.
  
THE VENUE

Shell House is an adventure. We curate a complete experience - amazing food, great drinks served in space that is award winning in design that has a lively and engaging atmosphere. Importantly, we are all about service and guest engagement. 
      
Our venue is spread over three levels, creating an unparalleled CBD hospitality experience. Combining both indoor and outdoor settings, including the ground floor bar and bistro, The Menzies Bar, the indoor/outdoor Shell House Dining Room and Terrace on level 9, The Clocktower Bar and Sky Bar on Level 10.
 

ABOUT YOU

• You want to be part of a vibrant and friendly team, who support each other to consistently deliver a high level of guest expectations in a hatted restaurant. 
• You have a high level of personal presentation and grooming.
• You are multi-skilled behind the bar and have expert experience in classic cocktails.
• You have extensive spirit knowledge.
• You have had at least 2 years experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a similar style establishment.
• You have a true passion for Hospitality and guest experience.
• You are available to work Fridays and Saturdays.
