We’re on the lookout for casual Cooks/Chefs with a can-do attitude to join our team for a series of exciting upcoming large festivals and Out-catering. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and love working with dynamic teams, this is your chance to be part of something big.

Upcoming Events

• Moreton Bay Food & Wine Festival – Aug 22–24

• Providore Park – Aug 30–31

• Brisbane Festival – Sept 2–28

• Night Feast – Oct 15–Nov 8

Immediate start required. Weekend availability and willingness to travel across Brisbane essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes in high-volume, fast-moving kitchens

• Assist with prep, stock handling, and kitchen setup/pack down

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Similar experience in catering, festivals or large events preferred but not essential

• Reliable, adaptable, and ready to hit the ground running

• Passion for food and high standards in prep and presentation

• Strong communication, full working rights and teamwork is a must

• Immediate start in a casual role

• Weekend availability a must
