The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and Ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.
 

About the role

• Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
• Perform tasks within a timely manner.
• Ensure consistent great food production, in line with the high quality standards.
• Maintain standards of all health and hygiene requirements. 
• Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals.

About You

• Food Safety Certificate is essential. 
• Excellence in customer service 
• A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability & flexibility to work across a 7-day working environment, including weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety principals
