About the Role 

We are seeking an enthusiastic qualified casual Commis Chef and a Full Time Chef de Partie who are looking for a career path to support the team in producing the best in our main kitchen and our new signature restaurant, La Boca Bar & Grill. If you have respect for the industry, professional 5-star standards, a great work ethic and know what it takes to succeed, we could be a great match.

• Our Commis Chef report to the Chef de Partie of their section and are responsible for the smooth and efficient operations for their area.
• As a Commis Chef you will need to prepare and cook a range of Argentinian cuisines and produce dishes for our buffet breakfast.

This is a great opportunity, with straight shifts in a supportive team environment that enhances a learning culture and promoting from within.

• Ability to work various shifts including early mornings, weekends and public holidays
• Enjoy working in a large team environment
• Be organised and have an eye for detail

• Relevant Trade qualifications
