What will you do

• Execute function room set up and service to ensure client needs are met according to the event order
• Liaise with clients and guests for conferences, weddings and functions
• Ensure communication between Sales, F&B and Kitchen teams is seamless for the smooth implementation of events
• Work independently and as part of team
• Support the wider food and beverage team where required

What you need to be successful

• Experience in an events or outlet role in a luxury hotel environment preferable
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly organised and able to manage priorities
• A good understanding food & beverage 
• Excellent knowledge and practise of food hygiene standards
• Exceptional guest service
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
