Introducing Chapter Place - A destination residential conference and events venue like no other. This will be a gamechanger for the Victorian conference & events scene and an exceptionally busy wedding venue. 

Offering 9 incredible unique spaces reminiscent of the country’s best regional MICE venues – yet only 20 minutes from the CBD and Airport.  Unique sure is a word that is overused these days however how else can you describe a 170-year-old castle-esque building full of 10-metre-high ceilings following hundreds of millions of redevelopment?

There’s arguably nothing these walls haven’t seen. Of course, you’ll change that. At Chapter Place you will help deliver standout weddings, conferences and events that set, break and recreate industry benchmarks.

• Two hotels - a 19 room destinational experience led urban retreat and 106 room Adina Apartment hotel. 
• A wine bar, sure to be one of Melbourne’s most exciting bar openings this year.
• A 200-seat elevated bistro dining offering that will be centre of Melbourne’s creative and eclectic north.

The Precinct & Operator 

Chapter Place forms part of a larger hospitality development on the Pentridge site managed by TFE hotels. The other parts of the development include and fully immersive experiential urban retreat, a events and weddings brand, museum and tourism offering in conjunction with National trust, and an Adina Apartment Hotel tower. This development will complement the existing  Brewdog Brewery, along with on-site retail centre.
