Just Cruize in Diner is a family owned business tucked away in the heart of Kilsyth business district. It’s the perfect place for a quick lunch, date night, family gathering or if you’re just looking for a place with good vibes and great food.
Tasks & responsibilities
Opening procedure which includes but not limited to:
* receiving stock deliveries
* turning on cooking equipment
* light food prep
* Cooking with deep fryer, flat grill and grill
* Making food to order accurately and with minimal wastage.
* Ensuring high quality is meet for every aspect of the kitchen
* Maintenance of the cooking equipment
* Food and stock level inventory
Closing procedure includes but not limited to:
* Turning off, cleaning of all cooking equipment and kitchen area
* Wrapping and storage of food
* Taking out bins and general cleaning of kitchen area
Previous experience as cook/kitchen hand/all rounder are highly appreciated.
