JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, cook / chefs to assist in running our busy kitchen.
We aspire to deliver healthy, nutritious, tasty food, exceptional coffee and friendly efficent service. We believe the key to delicious food is the ingredients. Ideally fresh, local, organic, sustainable and seasonal. We cook to the season as much as possible and design our menu and specials around seasonally avalaible produce.
We are seeking candidiates with creativity and passion to help produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dinning experience for our customers.
Located in Mosman we cater for breakfast and lunch Monday to Sunday 6:30am-2:30pm.
Candidates must be avalaible to work a flexible roster. Weekends and Public hoildays will be required.
Looking after the day to day runnings and operations of the kitchen. Including stock control, and daily budgets as well as keeping up with health food regulations
