Courthouse Hotel aka 'The Courty' is a Newtown icon. Vibrant, welcoming and a bit rough around the edges, it's a familiar, welcoming & safe space for the Inner West community. Share some food, catch up over a beer or celebrate with mates as you step off King Street and into The Courty's old world charm.
We are currently searching for a Cook, can work on multiple sections in a busy high paced environment. Can work standard recipes ser by venue, work in a clean and tidy manner, ability to prioritise work and work as a team. Good communication both verbally and written (prep sheets) available am and pm Monday to Sunday.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
