We're looking for a brilliant Short Order Cook to apply their skills and knowledge at our venues.

What is the role?

As a Short Order Cook you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of all menu food items, including making and preparing breakfast meals, burgers, salads and sandwiches. You will be required to be across all back of house operational standards to provide Good Food. Training and resources will also be provided.

You will also be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of:

•preparation & cooking of meals as per Manuals;

•preparation, replenishment and rotation of stock in the kitchen;

•operating, maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment;

•washing dishes;

•any other relevant duties as directed by management.

What skills and knowledge do I need?

You will be a positive, proactive individual with good communication skills. You will have cooking experience and maintain a professional attitude at all times.

You will be a team player with a strong focus on providing great customer service. Must be available from 4am- 9pm 7 DAYS A WEEK.

We will be hiring your personality and attitude first and your skills second. You will be a self-starter who is able to maintain constant attention to detail.
