The team behind NEW QUARTER, HANOI HANNAH, TOKYO TINA and FIREBIRD have just opened up a BRAND NEW Chinese Bistro inside the ICONIC Illona Staller building, smack bang in the beating heart of Balaclava and we are on the hunt for a Dumpling Chef to join the team! 

We're aware it is a strange title but we are on the hunt for the fastest hands in the east! This is a part-time position that will oversee the dumpling's whole life stage from the inside out. If this is a skill that you have, please get in touch! We would love to chat (great for someone starting out or studying full-time, wanting to get into a professional kitchen) 

MOONHOUSE the art deco heritage building, has been turned into a new concept which serves up Mod-Chinese cuisine in a chic bistro setting.

The kitchen team has some serious cred. Executive chef Anthony Choi is ex-Cumulus Inc, head chef Shirley Summakwan cut her teeth at Tokyo Tina and Hanoi Hannah Volume II and group pastry chef Enza Soto has Brae on her CV.
