JOB DESCRIPTION

Apply to join our Catering team, a vibrant group delivering excellence in food service on our iconic harbour cruises. Our team work on our renowned Sydney Harbour vessels including The Jackson, Starship Sydney and Sydney 2000.

About the Role

Working under the guidance of our experienced Chefs, you'll help prepare and serve delicious meals onboard our vessels, contributing to unforgettable dining experiences for our Vivid guests. From premium dinner cruises to fast-paced service, you'll get exposure to a wide range of culinary styles — all while enjoying the electric energy of the Summer Season. 

A typical day in the role may include:

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals to SeaLink standards

  • Support the delivery of special dietary meals

  • Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards

  • Clean and organize workspaces and equipment

  • Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure timely service

  • Support the logistics team with food and equipment handling onboard
