As a Cook or a Chef at RACV, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the effective operation of the Kitchen during the breakfast period, by working as a team with other staff to provide the highest quality and level of service to all customers.
You’ll ideally possess a qualification or be studying towards recognised culinary training and/or employment experience within hotels/resorts or reputable restaurants, whilst your strong focus on food quality and presentation is essential.
In this permanent full time role, you’ll report to the Head Chef and work under their direction. You must be available to work a rotating roster across a 7-day week including evenings and weekends.
