ABOUT WHERE WE WORK
A part of CLG, The Portsea Hotel is located on the Port Phillip Bay coastline of the Mornington Peninsula. Our food offering takes inspiration from the Italian coastlines and makes the best use of fresh, local and seasonal produce with a focus on seafood dishes. In addition to the main kitchen, the venue also has ‘Fatto Da Mamma’ which offers an authentic wood-fired pizza selection and sliced-to-order Salumi.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
