The role of cook is a vital position within our kitchen teams, which operate across busy and incredible venues. Our venues are all partnered with some of the best Melbourne has to offer - Think amazing food by Scott Pickett along with the team at EARL Canteen, next-level craft beer by the legends at Stomping Ground and amazing pastries by the team at Cobb Lane!

A bit more about the role:

• To plan, prepare and cook menu items as directed by the Sous and Head Chef.
• To carry out a smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
• To compile all food orders for sections under your supervision, ensuring food standards
