Wahlburgers is a global leader in fast-casual dining with over 100 locations worldwide. 

Founded in 2011 by the Wahlberg family; Chef Paul, Mark, and Donnie Wahlberg, the brand has a cult following across the United States. 

During 2022, Wahlburgers Australia opened 3 new locations in Australia and we’re now looking for the best and brightest to join the family at our iconic Manly Beach restaurant.

Job functions and requirements include:

• Working together in a fun and relaxed fast-casual environment;
• Working across a variety of job functions including line cooking and general kitchen hand tasks;
• Ability to read and execute recipes successfully;
• Availability to work across a range of shifts including weekdays, weeknights and weekends;
• Help maintain professional restaurant and team member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards;
• Uphold restaurant safety, sanitation, and security standards at all times, including handling chemicals safely;
• Ensure building, equipment, furniture and fixtures are in good repair, clean and maintained on a regular basis; and
• Understand and comply with:
  • All company policies, procedures and operating standards; and
  • All relevant federal/state/local laws and regulations.

Previous experience in a kitchen environment, including knife skills, is highly regarded but not essential, as we are willing to train our Team Members in all aspects of the Wahlburgers system. 

Critical Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal/listening/communication skills;
• Ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm; and
• Attention to detail and analytical skills;
