Airport Retail Enterprises is a well-established and successful Australian owned and operated business operating airport Food and Beverage outlets across Australia including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Gold Coast, Townsville and Mt Isa Airports.

Due to the expansion of our business, we are looking to fill the following positions at our GoldCoast site:

• Weekend kitchen production team leader. (This is a leadership role and previous supervisor experience is essential.)
• Night production cook/Kitchenhand - working 7pm - 3am, 5 days per week.

• Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitised at the end of your shift. 
• Collaborate with the executive chef and production manager on workflow improvements and wastage control.
• Bring your new 'on trend' Menu / Product ideas forward!
• Have a keen eye for detail.
