JOB DESCRIPTION

As the team leader you will be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic and willing to give 100% and be a very hands on manager.

What we are looking for:

  • We are looking for people with lived experience
  • Minimum 25 years of age and mature
  • Has the right positive attitude, presentable, and friendly
  • Can lead, organise and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Has the passion for customer service, their team, training, hospitality, cocktails and food

About the job:

  • Greet and provide warm customer service to guests
  • Supervise and work with fellow team members to ensure quality service
  • Facillitiate ongoing training
  • Running shifts, rosters, stock control and ordering and all other day to day running of the floor
  • Attend queries and provide the best advice to customers on their dining experience
  • Upselling 
  • Follow and maintain quality standards

Job Type: Casual with a view to full-time role

  • Assist team during trading to run meals and clearing tables
  • Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
  • Selecting, training and supervising staff
  • Taking reservations, greeting guests and assisting in taking orders
  • Training of staff
  • Upselling on the floor
