Situated opposite Albert Park Lake, our dual-brand Hotel has just re-opened to the world for a bigger, better 2022. With 378 rooms, restaurant, bar and café, and 31 conference spaces, we offer business and leisure travellers a lavish space to meet, rejuvenate and explore the city of Melbourne.  We are one of the city's largest five star Conference & Event Venues catering for up to 1400 people at any one time. 

As we venture into this exciting new phase, we are looking to fill several roles.  If you are passionate about the guest experience, have a can-do attitude, thrive on working with a dedicated team in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and are keen to develop your skills, you are the person we want to meet!

Our professional and friendly kitchen team work closely with our Executive Chef to deliver the highest level of food quality, and ensure our guests have a wonderful experience whether they are with us for a romantic dinner, or a glamorous gala event.

REQUIREMENTS

What We Are Looking For

  • Trade qualifications with suitable previous experience in a similar role and environment
  • Working understanding and maintenance of food safety standards and HACCP
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • A professional appearance and friendly demeanor that will represent our brand well
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster which includes mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends
  • Working rights in Australia to be able to fulfil a full time or permanent part-time role - unfortunately we are not able to offer sponsorship
  • Commitment to undertake growth and development within the Pullman brand and Accor group
