JOB DESCRIPTION

Eagle Tavern is looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a broad range of skills and be hands-on - this is not an office-based position! 

 The Position 

  • Manage all shift operations 
  • Maintain impeccable standards of venue presentation and cleanliness 
  • Ensure our customer expectations are exceeded at every interaction  
  • Oversee service daily, while ensuring all administrative duties are completed within given timeframes 
  • Night hours - 4 day week

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Duty Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge across all departments including Gaming, Bistro, and Bar
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Commitment and passion to the industry 
  • A cheerful, positive attitude toward your work, customers, and team members 
  • Work well under pressure and be able to multi-task 
  • Show willingness to use initiative
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager 
  • Current Approved Managers, RMLV, RSA & RSG
