As Duty Manager you will often be the welcoming guest to our unique experience in voco. As a senior member of the Front Office team, you will lead from the front, ensuring guests feel welcomed and subtlety delighted throughout their stay. voco service style is relaxed but knowledgeable, people focused, concentrating on making a uniquely curated experiences from start to finish.

Key Qualities include:

• Collaboration with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Heightened sense of security and capability in an emergency, ensuring our guest feel relaxed, informed and safe at all times.
• Strong knowledge of current hotel systems including Opera, Concerto, HUB and Shiji infrasys.
• A warm and approachable communication style.
• Ability to share knowledge and help the team grow even further.

You must have:

• Full ongoing Australian working rights.
• Current full driver's license.
• Previous experience in a hotel leadership role.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid certification or planning to complete one.
• Team spirit
