JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking are motivated Duty Manager to join the team at Market Grounds! This is a great opportunity for a manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced venue and would like to progress in their career. 

Market Grounds is an award-winning inner-city pub, paying homage to its historical roots as a marketplace. Located near Yagan Square and RAC arena, it marks the first link between the CBD and Northbridge in more than 100 years. Home to delicious food, sophisticated cocktails & Perth’s best DJs.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Duty Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar venue
  • Exceptional food & Beverage knowledge
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Ability to work nights & weekends
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Current RSA & APPROVED MANAGERS LICENCE
  • Experience with H&L, Ivy & Seven rooms desirable 
  • Desire to expand your skillset under the Venue Manager
