Brewmanity is on it's way to a new venture and we’re thrilled to be launching our brand new Brewery, Beer Hall and Next Level rooftop bar in South Melbourne!

Due to open in March 2024,

We are on the Hunt for some dedicated new blood to join our management team and come on the journey with us while we work on producing a premium hub in south Melbourne serving up some ice-cold brews from our on site brewery and delectable views from our Next level rooftop space. 

Spanning across 3 levels our ideal candidate will have a thirst for a fast-paced environment, is interested in growing their career in hospitality and can work varying shifts including week days, nights and the weekend.

Your responsibilities as a Duty Manager will include helping formulate and coordinate large group bookings and special events. Assisting the Senior Management team in operations and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Helping maintain good relationships with staff and building great team morale.

Experience in management welcomed but for the right candidate not a deal breaker however experience in hospitality is preferred. 

• 1-2 years experience in a senior or management role (preffered) 
• A high standard of customer service skills
• Dedicated to motivate, mentor and train staff
• Dedicated to customer experience and satisfaction 
• Possess excellent leadership and team player qualities
• Exceptional time management for split work shift
• Work well under pressure
• experience with cash handling
