JOB DESCRIPTION

Join the Brisbane Lions at our social Club LIONS@springwood as our new Duty Manager.

As Duty Manager, you will form part of our Management team and help lead our staff to provide amazing customer service to our members and guests.

Key duties include

  • Ensuring all areas of the Club are running as efficiently and cost effectively as possible, without compromising customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all persons, patrons and staff on the premises.
  • Staff engagement, motivation and management.
  • Operation of; (and head of one) all areas of the Club; bar, dining, gaming, TAB.

About you;

  • You will have a current RSA, RSG, RMLV Qualification and Approved Managers License.
  • You're an excellent communicator and great team player.  - Solution focused and can make decisions
  • Lead by example with high standards, great organisation and ability to motivate those around you

 

Preferred candidates will possess managerial experience in a similar Venue, although candidates without managerial experience who are ready to take the next step in their career will be considered.

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

  • You will have a current RSA, RSG, RMLV Qualification and Approved Managers License.

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
