 About the Role
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Duty Manager to join our dynamic team.

This hands-on, full-time position includes:

  • Overseeing daily operations across gaming, food & beverage, and customer service areas

  • Managing and supporting frontline staff to ensure smooth shift transitions and effective teamwork

  • Handling cash operations with accuracy, including daily banking and reconciliation duties and adherence to financial procedures

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences for all members and guests

  • Ensuring compliance with industry legislation, licensing requirements, and internal club policies

  • Collaborating with the Senior Management team to implement operational improvements and maintain high standards

  • Working a rotating roster with a variety of shifts, including nights, mornings, weekends, and public holidays, while adhering to a 4-day work week

  • Managing roster and timesheet management to ensure accurate staffing and payroll processing

  • Upholding high standards of communication, leadership, and organisation to drive operational efficiency

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or operational role, with exposure to Gaming, Keno, and Food and Beverage

  • Current RMLV and Approved Manager’s Licence

  • Strong understanding of relevant club industry legislation and standards

  • Excellent cash handling skills and attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • The ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
