Located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD in the 80 Collins street precinct, Nick & Nora’s is open Tuesday – Sunday and has very quickly turned into the Speakeasy Group flagship high volume venue.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Work alongside other exceptional Managers to develop your career in hospitality. 
• Motivate and inspire the Nick & Nora’s team to exceed guests expectations at every opportunity.
• Follow The Speakeasy Group Management procedures in detail. 
• Ensure all staff within the venue execute outstanding service of the highest standards.
• Maintain the venues cleanliness and maintenance to the highest of standards.

This position comes on a full-time basis, salary negotiable depending on experience with work life balance important to us, we are open to hear how this role can work for you.
