Nick & Nora’s is a high-volume cocktail and champagne bar that aims to set the bar for experience and indulgence. 

With an award-winning signature cocktail list and impressive team, Nick & Nora’s is looking for their next leaders to build on the success and take it to the next level. 

Located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD in the 80 Collins street precinct, Nick & Nora’s is open Tuesday – Sunday and has very quickly turned into the Speakeasy Group flagship high volume venue.
