JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to internal promotions and company growth we are on the hunt for a new duty manager. We pride ourselves on creating a culture within the team that reflects to our patrons, whilst consistently achieving profitable growth by establishing lifestyle venues and delivering an exceptional total customer experience.

The role does require hard work, but we do reward fantastic opportunity for a up and coming DM who wants to move away from the corporate pubs. You will need some background in bar, gaming and food operations as well as the ability to work around hospitality hours including some nights, weekends and public holidays.

Reporting to the Licensee, you will lead your team through busy services periods always ensuring a high level of customer service. Coming from a strong hospitality background fostered around gaming, TAB, entertainment and, above all, service standards - your passion for providing a great product in a busy and sometimes pressured environment is always seen in your work. You always push to succeed in anything you attempt, and surpassing targets is your passion.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Duty Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will possess:

  • A minimum of 12 months previous management experience and strong knowledge in all aspects of running a busy hotel, particularly from a gaming/wagering and F&B perspective.
  • Extensive background in a strong gaming orientated venue with proven results to show same.
  • A drive and passion to be recognised as the best venue operator in a tightly controlled market.
  • Current RMLV & Approved Managers Licence
  • A hands on approach to management
  • A friendly, self motivated personality with excellent people skills
  • A passion for the hospitality industry with the ability to create a positive and proactive working environment
