JOB DESCRIPTION

The Republic Hotel & Taylors rooftop management team have an exciting opening for casual Duty Managers to join the team! 

Reporting to Senior Management, core duties our Duty Managers are responsible for but are not limited to: 

  • Opens and close procedures for the venue 
  • Providing strong leadership and mentoring a dynamic and motivated team 
  • Ensuring service delivery and customer experience is delivered to the highest standard 
  • Completion of shift reports and compliance reporting to Senior Management 
  • Shifts and hours will be discussed during the interview. Up to 35 hours and 4 shifts a week. Sunday always off.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Duty Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills: 

  • Proven ability to multi task and manages your own and staff members time efficiently 
  • Supervise and monitor team members 
  • Assist with creating and implementing standard operating procedures and ensure all relevant staff and contractors are aware and trained accordingly 
  • Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant or Duty Manager 
  • Employs a positive, value adding, can-do attitude 
  • Excellent leadership, communication skills and well presented 
  • RSA & RCG are a must 
  • Compliance
