JOB DESCRIPTION

Fitzy's Waterford is looking for new managers to join the team!. If you are looking for a company that prides itself on training, progression and great culture this is the venue for you! This is an autonomous role that will require a hands-on manager who knows what it takes to run a great Aussie pub!

This position will suit a candidate with outstanding leadership skills with the proven ability to positively impact a team to provide exceptional customer service.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Essential requirements:

  • Two years minimum experience in a management role
  • Strong experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Ability to stock take and investigate stock-loss
  • Order and maintain par levels within the beverage department, food department and venue consumables
  • Train, performance manage, and motivate staff
  • RLMV & Approved Managers License
  • CLO desirable
