We're looking for a passionate leader with a love of hospitality to join our Brewery and Beer Hall team at Morris Moor in Moorabbin!  
  
A bit about us... We have been brewing beer and sharing our passion for great hospitality experiences at our Collingwood Brewery and Beer Hall for almost five years now! We are an independent and locally owned brewery with a menu that changes seasonally and over 20 beers on tap at any one time all brewed in house. There is no stopping this team pushing the boundaries of what it means to be a community brewery.

What you'll be doing on shift...

• Pull pints, chit chat to the locals and deliver delicious meals to the tables of our guests
• Maintain venue cleanliness and presentation 
• Supervise and train new and junior staff
• Enforce systems, policies, and procedures whilst on shift
• Ensure FOH staff and supervisors complete checklists and work to a high standard
• On shift customer communication and resolving any issues guests have
• End of shift cash handling procedures
• Assist with employee orientation and training
• Participate in training and identify developmental needs
• Bring positivity and contribute to team culture
• Lead by example
• Strive for exceptional experiences
• Share love our love of great beer

We have always been advocates of a healthy work/life balance with our team rarely going into overtime. We pay on or above the industry award plus all applicable penalty rates. 

Salary: 60 - 65k + Super. Dependant on experience.

• At least two-years experience in a similar role providing warm and friendly service
• Current Victorian RSA certificate
• A strong work ethic, reliable, neat, and passionate about hospitality
• Good problem solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet
• Strong communication skills
• Availability to work a flexible rotating roster, including nights and weekends
• A focus on the guest experience from start to finish
• A love and knowledge of craft beer is an added bonus!
• Restaurant experience looked upon favourably
