Duty Manager – Licensed Club Operations

About the Role

As a Duty Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our club’s daily operations—leading from the front and ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and professionally across:

• Gaming, bar, and customer service areas

• Compliance with liquor, gaming, RSA, RCG, and RGO regulations

• Team leadership—coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff

• Shift coordination—briefings, incident response, and reporting

• Venue presentation—ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Stakeholder engagement—liaising with regulators, contractors, and NSW Police

What You Bring

Essential

• 3+ years’ experience as a Duty Manager in a licensed club

• RSA, RCG & Advanced RCG (NSW)

• NSW Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)

• First Aid certification

• Strong communication, leadership, and reporting skills

• Solid knowledge of gaming, TAB, Keno, and bar operations

• Emotional intelligence and professionalism

 

Desirable

• Food Safety Supervisor Accreditation

• Experience with Swiftpos, S7000, Employment Hero

• NSW Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
