Golden Tiger Bar is currently seeking a committed hospitality professional to join the management team and assisting the Venue Manager to successfully operate the venue. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations
• Ensuring our exceptional venue standards are met regarding venue cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
• Leading a team of gaming staff as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
• Ensuring our exceptional venue gaming standards are met in regard to cleanliness and presentation.
• Utilizing problem solving opportunities to foster a positive working environment

Full time salaried position with a flexible roster including day, night and weekend work.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive background in a strong gaming orientated venue with proven results to show same.
• Extensive knowledge of gaming operations and the required service levels to be top of the game, best of the best
• A drive and passion to be recognised as the best venue operator in a tightly controlled market.
• Current RSA & RCG certificates
• Demonstrated competence in all frontline positions and be willing to step in to assist as needed
• A friendly, self-motivated personality with excellent people skills
• A passion for the hospitality industry with the ability to create a positive and proactive working environment
