We are looking for a full-time Duty manager to complete our team, somebody who has a passion service, wine, cocktails, and can demonstrate excellent team leadership qualities.
This is a service-based role requiring daily customer service duties.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Must have Valid NSW RSA.
Candidates would demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a Duty Manager role (Opens / Closes / Shift management).
- Intermediate knowledge
- Broad knowledge of spirits, beers.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- Experience in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant.
- Able to lead from the front and run the door on busy services
- Initiative and implements ideas to improve overall service.
We would also like an employee who wishes to progress within the hospitality industry, being part of a large group of venues we can provide further career development to the right candidates.
