JOB DESCRIPTION

Here at The Toorak Hotel, we're looking for a Duty Manager to join our venue. 

The candidate would ideally be able to work weekends. 

Toorak Hotel is a local gastro pub, servicing seasoned regulars with a menu that consists of classic pub fare and an elevated contemporary Australian dining. With many different spaces under the one roof, including a public bar for punters, a spacious dining room for families to enjoy and a private upstairs function space for hire. All are welcome at Toorak Hotel.

Please note, although listed as casual/part time, full time hours can be available.

Duties includes:
· The maintenance of guest service, front of house presentation and overseeing F&B quality
· Ensuring the maintenance of both high productivity and positive staff morale
· Delivering superior levels of service to ensure repeat business
· Assisting with opening and closing the venue, cash ups and rostering adjustment

Bar Supervisor
Food & Beverage Supervisor
Waitstaff

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

RSA certified

Food Safety Certifcate 

Working Rights in Australia

Professional presentation and a can do attitude
