JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a customer service superstar with great communication skills looking for a fun and entertaining workplace? We are seeking Electronic Gaming Attendants for casual roles to create an enjoyable atmosphere for customers in our Casino and VIP Lounge.

The Role

As an Electronic Gaming Attendant, you will receive training and licence qualifications in the operation of casino gaming machines.  You will have a genuine interest in the service and entertainment industry and enjoy engaging with customers to provide support with a variety of game types, jackpots, promotions and casino events.

REQUIREMENTS

About You

  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • You must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to obtain a QLD Casino Employee License, both are mandatory pre-requisites
  • Willing to participate in training to learn the operation of casino gaming machines, jackpots, promotions and casino events, with a focus on supporting safer gambling practices.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner
  • Ability to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificates are mandatory requirements for the role.
