The Opportunity

We are looking for well-presented event legends to work across a range of FOH roles at upcoming functions and events across the Melbourne landscape catered by Tommy Collins.

• Bar Staff
• Food & Beverage Staff
• Hosts

We pride ourselves on providing an offering that is equal parts service, spectacle, and style. You will be a part of Melbourne’s elite cultural and sporting events including Melbourne Fashion Festival, Caulfield Cup, and Portsea Polo to name a few, and events across multiple industries from luxury automotive and fashion brands to beauty, property, and media. You’ll also work at bespoke private events, such as weddings, birthdays, and other milestone celebrations.

Ideally you will have experience working in hospitality in a FOH role with a current RSA, however, if you have an outstanding personality and want to start your career in hospitality, we can teach you the rest.
