REQUIREMENTS

About You and the Role!

  • Do you have a successful track record for managing high-volume restaurants and who has a passion for delivering customer experiences second to none?
  • Do you have an enthusiastic, energetic attitude and have a goal to grow in your hospitality career and consistently work towards new and exciting opportunities?
  • The right candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will be responsible for our Restaurant Supervisors, FOH staff and will lead them to deliver perceptions of superior customer service.
  • The appointee will support the day-to-day operations of the business and work closely with the Senior Management Team and Culinary team to maximise the growth potential of this thriving business and deliver exceptional guest experience.
  • You will be responsible but not limited to overseeing front of house operations, including managing your teams, scheduling for front of house operations, and keeping in line for our EBITDA, implementing, and maintaining service procedures to ensure flow and harmony during peak capacities.
  • Encouraging our teams about our brand and what we can deliver to create an atmosphere for our guests and our staff. Bringing a creative and fun personal touch to our teams to express themselves.
